Kamai24 offers a refund window for eligible new subscriptions within the first 30 days from the original payment date, subject to the policy terms below.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
- Duplicate payment charged for the same plan
- Subscription billed incorrectly due to system error
- Verified service inaccessibility caused by Kamai24 for a prolonged period
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Partial month usage after successful onboarding and active use
- Business performance expectations not met
- Third-party provider outages (payment, delivery, telecom, or WhatsApp API) outside Kamai24 control
- Account suspension due to policy or legal violation
4. Cancellation
You may cancel future renewal at any time. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 7-10 business days depending on banking/payment partner timelines.
